The Arthur & Area Community Centre has a 185’ x 85’ Ice Surface / Arena
Floor with a large area for spectators, a concession booth and vending
machines.
In addition there is a large hall with capacity for 550, a smaller hall with a

functional, air-conditioned, auditorium with stage. Fully equipped commercial kitchen which

Rental is available for Full-Hall (500 person capacity) and Half-Hall (220 person capacity).

Fergus Butterfly Garden
Event facilities in a natural outdoor environment. Wedding services can be held under the
marquee tent to avoid the hot sun or rain, on the deck with the Grand River rushing by or on
the lawn in front of the small chapel.
Fully equipped with everything needed to hold a wonderful reception. The spacious
marquee tent with a seating capacity for 120 to 200 people can be enclosed with attached
walls for protection from the weather. There is ready access to the Church Hall, Church
kitchen and washrooms. A state of the art sound system allows for background music and
easily heard speeches. Two large commercial barbeques are available for your use.
